Offensities is a playful brand that turns potentially offensive sayings into nouns, using humor and personal expression to spark conversations. Targeted at Millennials with a cheeky sense of humor, Offensities offers clothing, stickers, wall decor, and stationery that embrace the uncomfortable in a lighthearted way.
I developed the logo, branding, color palette, fonts, and web design to reflect the brand’s bold and fun personality. The merchandise designs and packaging follow suit, using playful graphics and statements that challenge norms while remaining approachable. The stickers and other brand assets were crafted to further reinforce the brand's voice, encouraging customers to express themselves and share a laugh.
Logo System
The Offensities logo system was built around a bold, custom wordmark housed inside a speech bubble — a playful nod to the brand’s core idea of turning potentially offensive sayings into conversation-starting nouns. The primary and secondary logos are energetic and expressive, supported by a submark and logomark that reinforce the brand’s cheeky tone. Each variation is designed for flexibility across platforms and packaging, while keeping the humor and personality front and center.
Colors & Fonts
The Offensities brand palette is loud, irreverent, and full of personality. Each color was selected to complement the brand’s playful tone, with names like “Hot Take,” “Slightly Toxic,” and “Pastel Panic” reinforcing the cheeky vibe. Fonts were chosen to support bold messaging and high legibility across merch and digital platforms. Oswald brings structure and impact, while Nunito Sans adds a friendly, conversational balance. The result is a system that feels expressive, vibrant, and unmistakably Offensities.
Brand Assets, Website, Social Media
The Offensities brand system extends across every touchpoint, from packaging and merch to web and social. I created a custom icon set, expressive product patterns, and flexible assets that keep the brand fun and recognizable wherever it shows up. The online store and social templates follow a bold, modular layout designed for scroll stopping impact and easy customization. Every element supports Offensities’ irreverent tone while giving the brand a polished, professional edge.
Brand Voice in Action
To extend Offensities' cheeky tone, I created a set of punchy typographic expressions using the brand’s speech bubble motif. These graphics were developed as flexible assets for use across apparel, stickers, packaging, and digital content. Each phrase taps into Offensities’ signature blend of sass and humor while reinforcing the brand’s distinctive visual identity.
